1. Zurich One Services
Zurich One is our tool and medium to provide information, promote services, and connect You with us, including for You to use our services with a registered account ("Account").
As a service provider ("Service"), the types of services that can be accessed and used through Zurich One are obtaining and managing personal data recorded in connection with your active insurance policies with Zurich Life and other services that We may add/develop from time to time.
The use of our services is limited to our customers who have an account in the form of a username and password that We provide.
2. GENERAL TERMS/INSURANCE POLICY
(1).Insurance Contract Parties
Insurer: Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Insurer”)
Policyholder: MBAStack Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Policyholder”)
(2). Purpose of Insurance
These insurance terms are designed to provide security for the work deposits of all Indonesian employees of MBAStack Limited. The insurer shall provide coverage to the insured party in accordance with these terms upon the occurrence of an insured event.
(3). Subject Matter of Insurance
The subject matter of insurance is the work deposits collected by MBAStack Limited from its Indonesian employees. These deposits are held in trust by Zurich Insurance Company Switzerland to ensure the security of employee funds.
(4). Scope of Coverage
The insurer shall cover losses to employee work deposits resulting from unforeseeable risks (e.g., natural disasters, theft, fire, company cessation of operations).
This insurance excludes losses arising from employee personal error or negligence.
(5). Sum Insured
The sum insured shall be determined based on the total amount of employment deposits collected by MBAStack Limited for each employee. The specific amount will be mutually confirmed by MBAStack Limited and
Zurich Insurance upon the insurance policy\'s effective date.
(6). Insurance Period
This insurance shall remain in force from the date of employment of MBAStack Limited employees until the date of refund of their employment deposits.
(7). Insurance Coverage
The insurer shall assume liability under the following circumstances:
(a).MBAStack Limited ceases operations;
(b).Loss of work deposits due to natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes);
(c).Financial losses resulting from accidents such as theft or fire;
(d).Damage to employee work deposits caused by force majeure events.
(8). Claims Procedure
Upon discovering a work deposit loss, the insured party shall provide relevant proof of loss.
The insurer shall process and compensate the claim within 30 business days of receiving the claim application.
(9). Exclusion Clauses
The insurer shall not be liable for compensation under the following circumstances:
Losses arising from employee breaches of contract.
(10). Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this insurance contract shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the matter to arbitration by an arbitration institution in Zurich, Switzerland, or to initiate litigation in the local courts.
(11). Miscellaneous Provisions
This insurance contract shall take effect and become legally binding upon signature by both parties.
Both parties agree that any amendments or supplements to the contract terms must be made in writing and confirmed by signatures of both parties.

By continuing to use Zurich One, You automatically consent to and accept the processing of Personal Data by us in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.
You hereby indemnify us from any claims, suits, damages, and/or liabilities related to: (a) errors in the service results caused by inaccuracies and/or incompleteness of the Personal Data you have provided to us; or (b) the provision of Personal Data of another party to us without permission.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Service is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Service shall still apply.
In the event that there are legal provisions restricting or prohibiting the provision of Zurich One services or for certain considerations, We reserve the right to terminate the Zurich One service.
Users are also willing to provide the necessary information/documents to fulfill the requirements of Exchange of Information Reporting and promptly update if there are any changes to the data stated in the electronic form.
